For the Netherlands, annual subscriptions range between Euro 125 to Euro 950 and depend on chosen member category : (1) Counsel & Consult Seekers and within these groups the applicable various types such Individual, Company, Government, Legal. (2) Counsel & Consult Providers, who register on armslength or contract have also their own set of applicable fees.
(2.19) Are fees refundable ?
Membership fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and are not pro-rated.
(2.20.3) Are there any additional costs after membership fees ?
Yes, counselling and/or consulting costs ( albeit often a fraction - 60% of traditional fees ( no brick/mortar overhead ! ). These are charged on "a case by case" basis and compensate the counsel and/ot consult provider and NL.AFFORDABLE admin fees. Counsel & Consult Providers are free to set their own rates but should be within NL.AFFORDABLE 60% guidelines.
